600 run rainbow gauntlet of Project Community’s eighth Color Run

Around 600 people walked, jogged and sprinted May 19 along the route of Project Community’s Color Run, getting sprayed with dust-of-many-colors along the 2.5-mile course.

The route, the same every year, started on Esplanade and ended at Siwanoy Elementary School.

Anne Frost, founder and president of Project Community, said, “It brings grandparents, parents and children together,” including little ones in strollers. “So, it was a wonderful family event.” Read more here
